<br />1) menyusun rencana kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana;

<br />3) Koordinator Administrasi Sekolah
<br />Koordinator Administrasi Sekolah bertanggungjawab kepada kepala sekolah dan mempunyai tugas melaksanakan administrasi persekolahan secara umum. Koordinator Administrasi Sekolah bertugas membantu Kepala Sekolah dalam penyusunan administrasi sebagai berikut:
<br />a. penyusunan hasil keputusan rencana anggaran pendapatan dan belanja sekolah ke dalam APBS,
<br />b. menyusun dan mengagendakan rapat kerja sekolah, workshop, pertemuan internal dan eksternal serta kegiatan lainnya,
<br />c. menyusun dan mengagendakan arsip persekolahan secara umum,
<br />d. menyusun pelaporan pelaksanaan kegiatan secara bertahap,
<br />e. penyusunan laporan akhir.
<br />4) Bendahara Sekolah
<br />Bendahara Sekolah bertanggungjawab kepada kepala sekolah dan mempunyai tugas melaksanakan administrasi keuangan. Bendahara sekolah bertugas membantu Kepala Sekolah dalam penyusunan administrasi sebagai berikut:
<br />a. menyusun laporan penerimaan keuangan sekolah,
<br />b. menyusun laporan pengeluaran keuangan sekolah,
<br />c. menyusun laporan keuangan secara bertahap,

<br />p. mengumpulkan dan menghitung angka kredit untuk kenaikan pangkatnya
<br /> 6. Wali Kelas
<br />Wali Kelas membantu kepala sekolah dalam kegiatan-kegiatan sebagai berikut:
<br /> a. pengelolaan kelas,
<br /> b. penyelenggaraan administrasi kelas yang meliputi:
<br />1) denah tempat duduk siswa,
<br />2) papan absensi siswa,
<br />3) daftar pelajaran kelas,
<br />4) daftar piket kelas,
<br />5) buku absensi kelas,
<br />6) buku kegiatan pembelajaran atau buku kelas, dan
<br />7) tata tertib kelas.
<br />c. penyusunan/pembuatan statistik bulanan siswa,
<br />d. pengisian daftar kumpulan nilai siswa (legger),
<br />f. pembuatan catatan khusus tentang siswa
<br />g. pencatan mutasi siswa,
<br />h. pengisian buku laporan penilaian hasil belajar,
<br />i. pembagian buku laporan penilaian hasil belajar.
<br /> 7. Ketua Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) di sekolah
<br />Ketua MGMP di sekolah membantu kepala sekolah dalam kegiatan-kegiatan sebagai berikut;
<br />a. penyusunan program dan pengembangan mata pelajaran sejenis,
<br />b. koordinasi penggunaan ruang sarana,
<br />c. koordinasai kegiatan guru-guru mata pelajaran sejenis,
<br />d. pelaksanaan kegiatan membimbing guru dalam proses belajar mengajar.
<br />8. Guru bimbingan dan Konseling
<br />Guru bimbingan dan konseling membantu kepala sekolah dalam kegiatan-kegiatan sebagai berikut:
<br />a. menyusun program pelaksanaan bimbingan dan konseling
<br />b. melakukan koordinasi dengan wali kelas dalam rangka mengatasi masalah-masalah yang dihadapi oleh siswa tentang kesulitan belajar;
<br />c. memberikan layanan bimbingan kepada siswa agar lebih berprestasi dalam kegiatan belajar;
<br />d. memberikan saran dan pertimbangan kepada siswa dalam memperoleh gambaran tentang lanjutan pendidikan dan lapangan pekerjaan yang sesuai;
<br />e. mengadakan penilaian pelaksanaan bimbingan dan konseling
<br />f. menyusun statistik hasil penilaian bimbingan dan konseling;
<br />g. melaksanakan kegiatan analisis hasil evaluasi belajar.
<br />h. menyusun dan melaksanakan program tindak lanjut bimbingan dan konseling;
<br />i. mengikuti kegiatan musyawarah guru pembimbing (MGP), dan;
<br />j. menyusun laporan pelaksanaan bimbingan dan konseling.
<br />9. Pustakawan Sekolah
<br />Pustakawan sekolah membantu kepala sekolah dalam kegiatan-kegiatan sebagai berikut:
<br />a. rencanakan pengadakan buku/ bahan pustaka/media elektronika;
<br />b. mengurus layanan perpustakaan
<br />c. merencanakan pengembangan perpustakaan
<br />d. memelihara dan perbaikan buku-buku/bahan pustaka/media elektronika
<br />e. menginventarisasi dan mengadministrasikan biku-buku/bahan pustaka/media elektronika;
<br />f. menyimpan buku-buku perpustakaan/media elektronika;
<br />g. menyusun tata tertib perpustakaan
<br />h. menyusun laporan pelaksanaan kegiatan perpustakaan secara berkala.
<br />10. Koordinator Pengelolaan Laboratorium/Ruang AVA membantu Kepala Sekolah dalam kegiatan-kegiatan sebagai berikut:
<br />a. merencanakan pengadakan alat dan bahan laboratorium IPA, Bahasa, Komputer dan AVA.
<br />b. Mengkoordinasikan jadwal dan tata tertib pendayagunaan atau pemanfaatan laboratorium atau ruang AVA secara terpadu.
<br />c. Menyusun dan mengkoordinasikan program tugas setiap penanggungjawab pengelola laboratorium dan AVA.
<br />d. Menyusun laporan pelaksanaan kegiatan laboratorium dan AVA.
<br />11. Pengelola Laboratorium atau Penanggungjawab Pengelola Laboratorium
<br />Pengelola laboratorium membantu kepala sekolah dalam kegiatan-kegiatan sebagai berikut:
<br />a. merencanakan pengadaan alat dan bahan laboratorium,
<br />b. menyusun jadwal dan tata tertib penggunaan laboratorium,
<br />c. menyusun program tugas-tugas laporan,
<br />d. mengatur penyimpanan dan daftar alat-alat laboratorium,
<br />e. memelihara dan perbaikan alat-alat laboratorium,
<br />f. mengiventarisasi dan mengadministrasikan alat-alat laboratorium; dan
<br />g. menyusun laporan pelaksanaan kegiatan laboratorium.
<br />12. Kepala Tata Usaha Sekolah
<br />Kepala tata usaha sekolah bertanggungjawab kepada kepada sekolah dan mempunyai tugas melaksanakan ketatausahaan sekolah meliputi kegiatan-kegiatan sebagai berikut:
<br />a. menyusun program tata usaha sekolah,
<br />b. mengelola keuangan sekolah,
<br />c. mengurus administrasi ketenagaan dan siswa,
<br />d. membina dan pemgembangan karir pegawai tata usaha sekolah,
<br />e. menyusun administrasi perlengkapan sekolah,
<br />f. menyusun dan penyajian data atau statistik sekolah,
<br />g. mengkoordinasikan dan melaksanakan 6 K,
<br />h. menyusun laporan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengurusan ketatausahaan secara berkala.
<br />13. Laboran Laboratorium ( Fisika, Biologi dan Kimia)
<br />Laboran laboratorium IPA membantu kepala sekolah dan penanggungjawab atau guru pengelola laboratorium Fisika, Biologi dan Kimia dalam kegiatan-kegiatan sebagai berikut:
<br />a. merencanakan pengadaan alat-alat atau bahan kimia laboratorium IPA (Fisika, Biologi dan Kimia),
<br />b. membantu menyusun jadwal dan tata tertib pendayagunaan laboratorium IPA (Fisika, Biologi dan Kimia),
<br />c. menyusun program kegiatan laboran,
<br />d. mengatur pembersihan pemeliharaan, perbaikan dan penyimpanan alat-alat atau bahan kimia laboran IPA,
<br />e. mengiventarisasi dan mengadministrasikan alat-alat atau bahan-bahan kimia laboran IPA,
<br />f. menyusun laporan pendayagunaan/pemanfaatan laboratorium IPA.
<br />14. Teknisi Laboratorium bahasa
<br />Teknisi Laboratorium bahasa membantu Kepala Sekolah dan Pennggungjawab/Guru Pengelola Laboratorium Bahasa dalam kegiatan-kegiatan sebagai berikut :
<br />a. merencanakan pengadaan alat-alat media,
<br />b. membantu menyusun jadwal dan tata tertib pendayagunaan laboratorium bahasa,
<br />c. menyusun program kegiatan teknisi laboratorium bahasa,
<br />d. mengatur penyimpanan, pemeliharaan, dan perbaikan alat-alat laboratorium bahasa,
<br />e. menginventarisasi dan mengadministrasikan alat-alat laboratorium bahasa, dan
<br />f. menyusun laporan pendayagunaan/pemanfaatan laboratorium bahasa.
<br />15. Teknisi Laboratorium Komputer
<br />Teknisi Laboratorium Komputer membantu Kepala Sekolah dan Penangggungjawab/Guru Pengelola laboratorium computer dalam kegiatan kegiatan sebagai berikut :
<br />a. merencanakan pengadaan alat-alat komputer baik perangkat keras maupun lunak,
<br />b. membantu menyusun jadwal dan tata tertib pendayagunaan/pemanfaatan komputer,
<br />c. menyusun program kegiatan teknisi laboratorium komputer,
<br />d. mengatur penyimpanan, pemeliharaan, dan perbaikan alat-alat komputer,
<br />e. menginventarisasi dan mengadministrasikan alat-alat/ perangkat komputer,
<br />16. Teknisi Laboratorium Audio Visual
<br />Teknisi AVA membantu Kepala Sekolah dalam kegiatan-kegiatan sebagai berikut:
<br />a. merencanakan pengadaan alat-alat media,
<br />b. menyusun jadwal dan tata tertib penggunaan Ruang AVA,
<br />c. menyusun program kegiatan ruang AVA,
<br />d. mengatur penyimpanan, pemeliharaan dan perbaikan alat-alat AVA,
<br />e. menginventarisasi dan mengadministrasikan alat-alat AVA,
<br />f. menyusun laporan pemanfaatan alat-alat AVA.
<br />17. Teknisi Laboratorium Audio Visual
<br />Teknisi Ruang Multi Media membantu Kepala Sekolah dalam kegiatan-kegiatan sebagai berikut:
<br />a. merencanakan pengadaan alat-alat multi media;
<br />b. menyusun jadwal dan tata tertib penggunaan Ruang multi media;
<br />c. menyusun program kegiatan ruang multi media;
<br />d. mengatur penyimpanan, pemeliharaan dan perbaikan alat-alat multi media;
<br />e. menginventarisasi dan mengadministrasikan alat-alat multi media;
<br />f. menyusun laporan pemanfaatan alat-alat multi media.
