FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES OF SCHOOL MANAGEMENT
A. Functions and duties of school
School is an institution that serves as a Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) path of education schools, an outline of the duties and responsibilities of owning as follows:
1. Implement education in schools over time according to the type, level and nature of the school;
2. Implement appropriate education and teaching the curriculum as possible;
3. Implement guidance and counseling for students in schools.
4. Intra Building Student Organization (OSIS);
5. Implement the school system;
6. Building partnerships with parents, communities and institutions involved;
7. Responsible to the Head of Department of Education and the Teaching of Yogyakarta.

In carrying out its activities, the school was led by a principal.

B. Functions and Duties of School Manager
School Manager consists of:
1. Principal
Headmaster work and served as Educators, managers, administrators, and supervisors.

In carrying out its duties, the principal is assisted by the Vice Principal, Coordinator of School Administration and School Treasurer
2. School Vice Principal
School Vice Principal at High School No. 11 Yogyakarta is a 4 (four) people.
Representative Headmaster Headmaster help in the following activities:
a. restructuring plans, manufacturing, program activities and program implementation,

Vice Principal Headmaster school help in matters as follows:
a. Managing Curriculum

b. Student Affairs

d. Managing Services and Prasara
1) master plan of facilities and infrastructure needs;

4) organize the business performance reports periodically the facilities and infrastructure.
3) School Administrative Coordinator
School Administrative Coordinator is responsible to the principal and has the duties of school administration in general. School Administration Coordinator on duty to help Headmaster in the following administrative arrangements:
a. compilation of the results of the plan estimate of income and school expenses in APBS,
b. organizing and working closely mengagendakan schools, workshops, internal and external meetings and other events,
c. organize and archive mengagendakan school in general,
d. sort of reporting the implementation of activities gradually,
e. compilation of final reports.
4) Treasurer School
School Treasurer is responsible to the principal and have the task of carrying out financial administration. Treasurer school Headmaster duty to help in the compilation of the administration as follows:
a. compile a report of receipt of school finance,
b. organize school finance production reports,
c. gradually compiling financial reports,
d. compiling the final report.
5) Teacher
Teachers are responsible to their principals and have the task of carrying out teaching and learning process effectively and efficiently. Duties and responsibilities of a teacher include:
a. make instructional program;

3. Annual Progaram / semester
4. Learning scenarios
5. Student Record Book
6. Weekly Program teachers
7. Teaching Materials
8. Analysis of Minimal Standard completeness Study

e. organize and implement improvements and enrichment programs;
f. complete list of the students
g. conduct activities to guide teachers in teaching and learning activities;

8. Teacher guidance and Counseling
Teacher guidance and counseling to help school principals in the following activities:

c. provide mentoring services to students to better performance in learning activities;
d. provide advice and consideration to the student in obtaining an overview of the advanced education and employment as appropriate;
e. provide guidance and counseling performance evaluation
f. compile statistics results of guidance and counseling;
g. carrying out the analysis of the evaluation.
p. organize and implement follow-up guidance and counseling;
i. following the conference activities mentors (MGP), and;

9. School Librarians
School librarian to help school principals in the following activities:

10. Management Coordinator Laboratory / Space AVA help Headmaster in the following activities:
a. pengadakan planning tools and materials science laboratories, language, Computers and AVA.
b. Coordinate schedules and order pendayagunaan or lab or space utilization in integrated AVA.
c. Organize and coordinate programs custodians of the duty of every laboratory manager and AVA.
d. Compiling reports and implementation of laboratory activities AVA.
11. Laboratory Manager or Laboratory Manager Bearers
Laboratory Manager to help school principals in the following activities:
a. planning the provision of laboratory equipment and materials,
b. arrange the schedule and order the use of laboratories,
c. compiling program reports tasks,
d. arrange for storage and lab equipment list,
e. maintain and repair laboratory equipment,
f. Administer mengiventarisasi and laboratory equipment, and
g. compiling lab reports the implementation of activities.
12. Head of School of Business Code
Head of school administration is responsible to the school and the school administration has the duties include the following activities:
a. organize school administration program,
b. organize finances schools,
c. ketenagaan administration and student management,
d. pemgembangan career building and school administration officials,
e. organize administration school supplies,
f. organizing and presenting data or statistics for schools,
g. coordinate and implement the 6 K,
p. organize implementation report periodically administration management activities.
13. Laboratory Laboratory (Physics, Biology and Chemistry)
Laboratory science lab to help principals and custodians or teachers' lab manager Physics, Biology and Chemistry in the following activities:
a. planning the provision of equipment or chemicals laboratory science (Physics, Biology and Chemistry),
b. help organize schedules and order laboratory pendayagunaan IPA (Physics, Biology and Chemistry),
c. programmability laboratory activities,
d. arrange cleaning maintenance, repair and storage of equipment or materials science laboratory chemicals,
e. mengiventarisasi and Administer equipment or materials science laboratory chemicals,
f. compiling reports pendayagunaan / utilization of laboratory science.
14. Language Laboratory Technicians
Laboratory technicians helping language and Pennggungjawab Headmaster / Teacher Language Laboratory Manager in the following activities:

15. Computer Lab Technicians
Computer Lab Technicians assist the Principal and Penangggungjawab / Teacher Manager in activities related computer lab as follows:
a. planning the provision of better equipment computer hardware or software,
b. help organize schedules and order pendayagunaan / utilization of computers,
c. organize activities program a computer lab technician,
d. regulate the storage, maintenance, and repair of computer equipment,
e. Administer inventory and equipment / computer devices,
16. Laboratory Technicians Audio Visual
AVA technicians assist the Head of Schools in the following activities:
a. planning the provision of media equipment,
b. arrange the schedule and order the use of space AVA,
c. AVA room to organize activity programs,
d. regulate the storage, maintenance and repair of equipment AVA
e. Administer inventory and equipment AVA
f. compiling reports AVA equipment utilization.
17. Laboratory Technicians Audio Visual
Multi Media Room Technicians assist the Head of Schools in the following activities:
a. planning the provision of multi-media tools;
b. arrange the schedule and order the use of multi-media space;
c. organizing multi-media space program activities;
d. regulate the storage, maintenance and repair of multi-media tools;
e. Administer inventory and multi-media tools;
f. compiling reports leveraging multi-media devices.
